Download and install the audio/video editing software. There are many programs available for audio and visual editing. To splice a second track, open the audio track where the subliminal recording is and select the entire file with the left mouse button. Click “Control C” to copy the audio. When you go to the destination track audio file, you should have the option to add a second track. This will create a second, empty graph below the initial graph. Paste subliminal audio in the second graph and reduce the frequency, to the point that it cannot be consciously heard, over the main audio file.

Preview of subliminal messages. Play the video files or audio player and make sure the messages cannot be detected knowingly. If you can see the subliminal frames or cues clearly, go back to the editing software to reduce the number of frames or frequency level.
