  • 5 avocados
  • 1 onion

Step by step

  1. Mash the avocado pulp with a fork.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and onion and mix with the avocado in a bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice, which adds flavor and helps the avocado not brown.
  4. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste.
  5. Finish with the parsley and cilantro.
