Green juice: can you drink it every day? – GOOD SHAPE

Sprout, seed or nut: one type (alfalfa, moyashi, linseed, chia, quinoa, amaranth, Brazil nuts).

fresh herb: one type (mint, basil).

Spice: one type (ginger, pepper).

Seaweed (optional): one type (kombu, spirulina powder).
