On Saturday, December 10th, Gabi Martins announced on social networks that he reversed the facial pairing he had done about two years ago. “My harmonization came out already. A lot of people have liked my natural face better. I’m happy!”, wrote the singer on Twitter.

In Instagram Stories, she also spoke about the subject and made a point of emphasizing that she is satisfied with the choice.

“My harmonization has really come out with practically everything. Even the botox is not done, the dark circles too. I had removed my mouth and chin and now time took care of removing the rest, a couple of years ago. So, I’m more with the natural face. I’m happy like this, I’m feeling good, ”she declared.

How is the reversal done?

According to the Dr. Fernanda Nichellea doctor who works exclusively in the aesthetic area and is in charge of Clínica Fernanda Nichelle, the objective of facial harmonization is to make the face more harmonious and, sometimes, more rejuvenated.

“It is based on a set of procedures. Generally, facial fillers, laser-based technologies and even cream treatments are used when the intention is to improve the quality of the skin”, he explains.

The doctor says that, in cases where there is the application of hyaluronic acid, the reversal of the procedure occurs through the application of a hyaluronidase enzyme, which is capable of degrading the filler. “To reverse the harmonization, the patient should look for a doctor who works in the aesthetic area and who has experience in the reversal technique”, she indicates.

In addition to the aesthetic risks of removing facial harmonization, such as asymmetry, anaphylaxis (allergic reaction) can also occur due to the use of hyaluronidase, according to Dr. Fernanda.
