Functional brownie recipe –

Preparation time: 30 minutes.

Performance: 670 grams.

Ingredients:

3 eggs; 200 grams of demerara or brown sugar; 150 grams of 70% chocolate; 90 grams of sunflower or coconut oil; 70 grams of peanut flour; 1 pinch of salt.

Method of preparation:

melt the chocolate with the oil and set aside. Beat the eggs with the sugar until all the crystals dissolve. Add the mixture of chocolate and hit more. Finally, add the flour and a pinch of salt. Stir until you get a homogeneous mass and bake in a greased shape for about 15 minutes.

The right point of the brownie is when the sides are roasted and the center slightly raw. The brownie should bake from the outside in, so it stays moist on the inside.
