Wanting to make the breast region firmer and more sustained? Of course, no single exercise can work miracles, but it is possible to set up a chest workout that helps support the area! That’s what physical education professional Cássio Fidlay, known for being the personal of celebrities like Shantal and Carla Diaz, says.

“Doing basic exercises, such as the bench press and the fly, will strengthen the pectoral region and provide support for this region”, he says.

EXERCISES FOR BREASTS

If you’re not used to doing this type of movement in training, you might benefit from starting with push-ups. See how to do it:

FLEXION

Get into a high plank position and place your feet or knees on the floor. Perform elbow flexion until the chest almost touches the ground. Extend your arm back to the starting position.

For those who are already at a more intermediate, advanced level, Cássio recommends adding the following exercises to their routine:

SUPINE STRAIGHT

Lie down on a horizontal bench, hold a barbell or two weight plates slightly more than shoulder height apart. Lower the object towards your chest, inhaling the air, and go up again, releasing the air.

INCLINED SUPINE

Lie on a bench inclined at 45°, hold a barbell or two weight plates slightly more than shoulder height apart. Lower the object towards your chest, inhaling the air, and go up again, releasing the air.
