Do you have a slow metabolism? These 4 habits could be to blame –

Foods that have the ingredient in their composition, such as yogurt and granola, should be consumed in moderation: “If the sum of the day’s sugar in other foods makes a difference, it’s also good to control it”.

2. Using oils in your preparations

Do not think that only vegetable oil causes problems. If heated too much, even healthy oils (such as sesame, avocado and coconut) can oxidize and delay metabolism. “On a daily basis, it is worth reducing the consumption of fat apparent, like that of red meat”, says Andrezza.

3. Consume many industrialized products
