Did you know that it is possible to take a VIP tour of Disney parks?

Who has traveled to disney It’s always a good idea to visit the complex’s parks, full of attractions inspired by our favorite childhood movies and cartoons, it’s an experience hard to forget.

But Disney also knows that some of its visitors value trips with some, let’s say, facilities (and advantages). To serve this audience, Disney created the so-called VIP Tour Guides, exclusive service that takes groups of up to ten people for a walk in one – or more – parks in the complex, in a totally personalized way.

O MofWoman spent a day getting to know Disney through the VIP Tour🇧🇷and we answer, below, the main questions about the service.

How does the Disney VIP Tour Guide work?

The VIP tour begins before guests enter their chosen parks. At the scheduled time, a private car, in which the guide is located, picks up the group at the place where they are staying, whether that address is a hotel that is part of the Disney complex or not.

The car enters the backstage of the park (the so-called backstage) and, therefore, you don’t have to waste time looking for a space in the huge and crowded parking lots there.

From there, the experience takes place according to the plans of the visitors, either through an itinerary predetermined by Disney, or in a personalized way, according to the attractions that you would like (or not) to visit.

It is good to remember that, in addition to the maximum number of ten people (including children), the Private VIP Tours offered by Disney last at least seven continuous hours, so that this time can be divided between one or more parks, in one or more days.

Among the biggest advantages of investing in a Disney VIP Tour, in our opinion, is the possibility to enter the rides without having to queue. This is because, if you hire the service, all members of the visiting group are entitled to FastPass+Disney’s “queue jumper”, in an unlimited way.

Anyone who buys a ticket to a Disney park can use the FastPass+ benefit, but on a limited basis and by appointment. As for VIP Tour members, reservations do not need to be made, and FastPass+ is valid for any and all attractions, as many times as the group wants to go on it. This includes, of course, some of the parks’ newly opened (and most popular) rides, such as the Millenium Falcon: Smugglers Runattraction inspired by the character’s spaceship Han Solofrom the saga Star Wars🇧🇷

In addition to not queuing up, the group also has a reserved area to watch the daytime and nighttime shows and stops that take place inside the parks and, of course, learn about Disney secrets and curiosities while taking the tour, thanks to the vast knowledge of the guides, who master the theme of Mickey’s company like no one else. Oh! You can choose the language your VIP guide will speak, see? Including, the parks have several employees who speak Portuguese.

How soon do I need to schedule the service?

As soon as you close your trip to Disney, if you are interested in the VIP guide service, it is good to schedule it, as the tours are very popular. In fact, the tours can be scheduled up to 180 days in advance of the chosen date, either by calling (11) 4700-2835, Visitor Services or the Concierge of one of the hotels within the Walt Disney World Resort (if you choose to stay in one of them).

Also try to think about the attractions in the parks that are a priority for you and the rest of your group. Some Disney entertainment offerings have limited availability, and may be restricted based on capacity limits on booking days.

What if I want to cancel my VIP tour, how do I do it?

To avoid being charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount corresponding to two hours of tour, try to cancel the service up to 48 hours in advance of the day of the tour, or, of course, well before that deadline. That way, you won’t have to incur any additional costs.

How much does the Disney VIP Tour Guide cost?

Last but not least, let’s go to the service prices, remembering that the price is valid for groups of up to ten people.

Disney VIP tours start at 425 dollars an hourbut this price may change according to the season in which the trip will be made – the months of July and December, school holidays, for example, may show greater demand for the VIP tour, and higher prices.

Disney’s official website also informs that prices are subject to change without notice. Hiring the VIP Tour service does not exempt the visitor from paying conventional tickets to the parks – in this way, the service is charged separately, in addition to the standard tickets. As we explained, groups with more than ten people who want to hire the VIP guide service will need to invest in one more professional, for the same amount as the previous one.
