From a very young age, the actress cultivates the love of movement, and has already ventured into several modalities. “I am very sporty. I believe there is nothing in this world that I haven’t done yet. I love trying new things, I’ve played volleyball, football, tried surfing, beach tennis, functional, muay thay, crossfit, bodybuilding and several other classes”, she lists, describing that she loves the “absurdly delicious” feeling that the post-workout provides .

Carol, who is part of the cast of the film “Desapega”, in which she stars with Maísa Silva and Glória Pires, shares that she faces difficulties in gaining lean mass because of her genetics. For this reason, she seeks to mix other modalities with bodybuilding for hypertrophy, which she has been practicing for 12 years.

“I intersperse bodybuilding with other modalities, because if I do functional training every day, I can’t keep my body the way I like it. I need bodybuilding and I like it a lot, but what I like much more are other activities, for example, muay thai”.

Although she has always been passionate about the active lifestyle, Bresolin says that she ended up putting it aside due to the pandemic and, nowadays, even after the end of the quarantine, she still faces challenges to resume her previous pace.

“I’ve always been very fit, I’ve always really enjoyed working out, I’ve even worked out twice a day. I always liked to keep moving until quarantine arrived. Not that I stopped liking it, but after the quarantine, when we were prevented from going to gyms, I lost a little bit of love for being in the gym and exercising”, he vents. “So I’m having trouble sticking to an exercise routine, which used to be my priority.”

“It is essential to take care of yourself, prioritize yourself, take time for yourself.
