Jesus knows exactly what you need, when you need it.

Even though you may have started your day with a hot cup of coffee and a prayer, sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the chaos and stress of everyday life, forcing you to end your day exhausted.

When you get home at the end of the day, it’s helpful to take a minute, center yourself, and say a prayer to God. This will help ease your mind, erase your worries and give you strength.

So use your bedtime prayer as a way of thanking Him—especially if you forget earlier in the day. Or, if you’re having trouble sleeping.
