Ingredients
4 leaves of frissè lettuce (or curly lettuce) 4 sprigs of watercress 1 slice of mango, cut into cubes 1 col. (soup) diced avocado 1 chicken fillet cut into cubes (or 4 units of kani kama in strips) 1 small pita bread, lightly toasted
Way of doing
On a plate, arrange the lettuce and watercress. Then put in the mango, avocado and chicken. Season with basic or Italian sauce (see recipe) and 1 tbsp. (dessert) of seed mix. Serve with the bread.
