Applications to increase the amount of RAM memory are actually the same as optimizers: they only serve to clean the cache from time to time, something that the phone can do by itself. As for the memory, I wouldn’t change anything from the factory. Therefore, these programs will only waste resources and there is a possibility that they will collect your data.

These types of apps cannot be taken seriously. They were created exclusively for entertainment. Perhaps in the future, when smartphones are equipped with biometric sensors, they will be able to read changes in heart rate when answering questions. But for now, these programs are as useful as a crystal ball. Like all similar apps, they just drain your battery. Also, it is not necessary to have access to your contacts or personal data to work. Therefore, if the application requests this type of access, it is better not to install it.
