6 home treatments to strengthen nails

Breaking a nail: this is one of the most uncomfortable things that can happen to a woman. 1 – Treatment with olive oil

You will only need olive oil. Every day, before going to bed, dip your fingertips in a container containing the oil and keep them there for a period of 15 to 30 minutes. This procedure moisturizes the nails and prevents them from breaking easily.

2 – Treatment with homemade cream

You will need a tablespoon of fresh mackerel, four tablespoons of water, a teaspoon of cocoa butter and a teaspoon of lanolin. Boil the water with the horsetail. In another container, mix the cocoa butter and lanolin in a water bath. Add the water with horsetail slowly and mix everything until you get a creamy substance. Apply as a moisturizer.

3 – Clove and olive oil treatment

You will need 30 grams of cloves and 200 ml of olive oil. Cook the mixture in a bain-marie for about three hours, then strain it. Massage the nails with the product over a period of ten days.

4 – Treatment with almonds, jojoba, vitamin E and apricot

You will need a spoon of jojoba oil, a spoon of apricot kernel oil, a spoon of almond oil and an ampoule of vitamin E – the ampoule can be purchased at any cosmetic store. Mix all the ingredients in a container and apply a few drops of the remedy to the nails, twice a day. Massage your nails and then let the remedy dry on its own.

5 – Treatment with egg, almond oil and papaya

You will need one tablespoon of egg yolk, two tablespoons of papaya juice and half a tablespoon of almond oil. Mix all the ingredients and apply on the nails, massaging gently. Let it act for 30 minutes and then wash your hands with cold water.

6 – Treatment with orange or lemon

You will need an orange or a lemon, a teaspoon of sugar and almond oil. Extract the juice from the fruit and mix it with the sugar. Dip your nails in the liquid, then rub them with a cotton ball soaked in almond oil. Carry out the procedure every day.
