6 simple moves to exercise your joints

The exercises you will see below are great as they are simple and can easily be performed throughout the day. Thus, they are very effective and greatly relieve hand fatigue.

Before performing the exercises, it is worth doing a little heating: Squeeze and relax your wrists a few times, rotate each finger one by one and repeat the movement with your wrists.

Bring your palms together and bring your fingers back as far as you can. Hold the position for 5 seconds, cross your fingers and squeeze them for another 5 seconds.

2. Rope

Bring your palms and fingers together. Successively, separate and join the fingers in pairs.

Repetition: 5 times for each pair of fingers.
