3 juices to slim your waist –

Have you ever noticed that it’s just the pointer on the scale going up a little bit and the extra fat goes straight to the side of the torso? To avoid damage, nutritionist Roseli Ueno, from São Paulo, prepared three recipes for juices that help to deflate the region and accelerate training results. They are made with detoxifying ingredients that stimulate the work of the intestine. Ideally, you should drink at least three glasses a day.

Apple and Pineapple Juice

Blend 1/2 apple with skin, 1 slice of pineapple, 1 slice of ginger and 200 ml of water.

Yield: 1 cup

Calories: 130

Grape juice with coconut water

Blend 1 glass of coconut water, 12 seedless grapes, 1/2 a squeezed lemon and ice.

Yield: 1 cup

Calories: 100

Orange and plum juice

Whisk together the juice of 2 pear oranges, 1 lime orange, 3 pitted prunes and 100 ml of water.

Yield: 1 cup

Calories: 210
