Exercise between 5pm and 6pm

“At the beginning of the night, the hormones and neurotransmitters that make us feel good suffer a drop”, explains Letícia. To rectify the situation, you have two options: gorge yourself on a chocolate bar or go out for a drink. walk. Since you’ve probably already enjoyed sweets at recess, stick with the physical activity!

If you’ve followed all the tips so far, don’t waste everything on the last meal of the day. Go for vegetable soup or cooked vegetables to finish to reduce bloating and gas. And, before leaving the table, enjoy a chamomile teawhich soothes and favors digestion.
