12 ways to avoid cell phone radiation

Cell phones have become essential items in people’s lives. They revolutionized communication and are present in various moments of everyday life: at home, at work and during leisure time. But it’s no surprise to most people that these devices emit radiation.

  2. Try to use your cell phone less often and keep calls short.
  3. Use the phone’s hands-free feature to keep the device further away from your head. You will still be exposed to radiation, but to a lesser extent.
  4. Whenever you can, use headphones to talk on your cell phone. They will also help keep the device away from your head.
  5. Choose a cell phone that emits less radiation. Manufacturers are becoming aware of the health risks and there are already models with lower radiation emission. When buying your next device, remember to research this factor.
  6. Turn to natural ingredients to reduce radiation damage to cell phones, such as alpha-lipoic acid and vitamins C and E.
  7. Eat more seaweed. Seaweed is a great natural anti-radiation remedy.
  8. You can already find protective phone cases that reduce radiation exposure. Turn to them.
  9. Try to reduce the frequency of cell phone use. How about turning it off when you’re at home?
  10. When lying down, keep the phone away from the bed. Sleeping with the cell phone close by, as on the nightstand, will be exposed to radiation for long periods of time.
  11. Avoid keeping the device in your pocket. If you can’t help it, keep the phone’s antenna (usually on the back of the phone) facing away from your body.
  12. Keep an eye on the sign. When the signal strength is weaker, the phone emits more radiation in an attempt to communicate with the cell tower.
