10 Indian cake recipes to innovate in the afternoon snack

Have you ever heard of Indian cake? 1. Simple Indian cake

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 6 egg whites

  • 1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation mode

  1. In a mixer, beat the egg whites. Reserve;
  2. In another container, add the yolks, oil, sugar and mix. Add the cinnamon, stir and add the breadcrumbs;
  3. Mix and gradually add the snow whites until you get a homogeneous mass. Put the yeast and stir just to incorporate;

Preparation mode

  1. In a mixing bowl, place the egg yolks, salt, sugar and butter. Beat for 5 minutes at maximum speed;
