How to make

Make two cross cuts in the base of the aluminum foil tube. With the help of a ruler, draw a horizontal and vertical line in the middle, forming a cross. From the top line, make a mark 2 cm to the right and 2 cm to the left and then a risk forming a triangle. Cut across the marks to make a crease in each one. Fit one on top of the other and place in the tube. Apply glue and let it dry. Paint the tube and base and let dry. With the help of a box cutter, make holes around the tree to support the branches. Cut the wires with different sizes (30 cm, 20 cm and 10 cm, these for the top). Thread the larger wires through the holes underneath so they go through the tube sideways and are the same length from side to side. Hot glue the holes so the wire doesn’t come out. Cut the marabou the size of the branches and glue them to the wires. To cover the top, make a little ball with the marabou itself, apply glue and cover.

With the leaf open, bend each point inward, forming a “spear”. Do this with all four sides. Apply glue to each of the two sides of each end, being careful not to get any glue on the underside (you will need to leave a gap in the paper). Do the same process with the other sheet and stick them together.

Remove the string dipped in the glue and water and wrap it around the bladder, evenly. Let it dry. Pop the balloons (through a gap in the strings). Trim the base so the doll can stand.
