Also don’t ignore the need to take a nap after meals – of course, if you have the time. Again: listen to what your body says!

Remember when you were a kid and you were thrilled to learn something new every day? In those moments, nothing seemed impossible. Find the little one inside you, surely he is still there. Today, we are fortunate to have unlimited resources to acquire new knowledge. So turn off the TV and grab a book! Maybe you want to learn another language, or maybe you’ve always been thinking about becoming an airplane pilot. The best time to start learning something new was yesterday. The second best is today.
