  • 200 g semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 200 g of sour cream

Preparation mode

  1. Place the cookies in the food processor and beat until they become a flour;
  2. Add the butter and mix until uniform;
  3. Pour this mixture into the bottom of a serving dish and press down with your fingers or the back of a spoon until you create a layer of approximately 1 centimeter. Reserve;
  4. To make the cream, beat the dulce de leche and cream cheese in a mixer. Add about 200 ml of whipped cream and mix gently with a spatula;
  5. Add the Oreo cookie, mix, transfer to the platter and refrigerate for 30 minutes;
  6. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, add the cream and stir well until uniform;

  • 600 ml of whole milk

  • 3 gems
  • 50 g finely chopped white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of dulce de leche

Mounting

  • Dulce de leche to taste to decorate
  • 200 g of cornstarch biscuits
  • Milk
  • 350 g peaches in syrup, chopped
  • Sliced ​​peaches in syrup for garnish

Preparation mode

  1. In the pan, dissolve the cornstarch with the milk. Add the condensed milk, the cream, the butter, the yolks and the white chocolate;
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly and consistent. Count about 1 minute and turn off;
  3. Divide the cream into 2 parts. One will stay in the pan and the other must go to a refractory and be covered with plastic film in contact;

  • 1 ½ cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
  • 90 g of champagne biscuit
  • 2 boxes of chopped strawberries
  • 5 Chopped Waltz Dreams chocolates
  • 100 g semisweet chocolate shavings
  • 1 bunch of grapes

Preparation mode
