Zen Project 8: She lost 10 kg in 2 months with the method –

I didn’t eat greens, vegetables or any kind of salad. I had pizza for dinner almost always ”, she says.

In order to make changes to the menu, Jaade sought help from a nutritionist and, again, found it difficult to move forward. “I was very hungry between meals and I couldn’t bear to go without eating: I stuck my foot in the jackfruit.” Today she knows where the error was. “Despite following Nutri’s guidelines to eat more leafy greens, I was always left with the same choice.” She didn’t like to vary and try new flavors and the monotony of the dishes ended up awakening the desire to eat fried food and end the meal with sweet.

It was then that Jaade found out about the program Zen Project 8, by Jeunesse. “The method encourages nutritional education and, so that the person does not leave this purpose, combine protein shakes (whey + rice and pea protein + chia seed powder) and supplements (chitosin and vitamins B1, B6 and B12) for satisfy the hunger between meals and boost weight loss”, explains Paloma Doro, the brand’s communication and sales director.
