You gave up on both of us

I can’t believe you’re doing this, I can’t believe you’re giving up on us, after all these months, after the things we’ve been through together, after so many laughs and exchanged looks, after so much happiness shared with each other, I can’t believe in that. You had told me that you were afraid of losing me and look, you left me yourself, you left me aimlessly, you made my world fall. You’re leaving all the good times behind, you’re throwing everything we’ve been through in the trash.

You’re going to change me and you’re going to find a new person and it’s going to hurt to know that, and it’s going to hurt a lot, I’m going to miss everything we’ve been through, the compliments exchanged and the silly things, the laughter, the uproar, the fights, everything. A time that will never come back. It hurts me to know this will never come back, to remember every night of the times we spent together, next to each other.

I will miss your smell, your smile, looking into your eyes and knowing that I had your love, knowing that you once loved me and that I gave all my love to you, a love that I never thought of having it, I had it with you. It hurts a lot to know that all this will not come back. I trusted you with my love, and you just threw it away. I will remember our first kiss that was when I realized that who I wanted for my whole life was you, from so many smiles and looks, I chose yours, my biggest fear came true, I lost you, for a silly thing and that we can change, and I saw that you don’t want to change and you don’t want to try again.

Who loves does the impossible to stay next to the loved one. I won’t give up on you even if it costs a lot. I won’t, I love you so, why did you do this? Because? I never thought how much it hurts to see you leave, because I always believed that we would be together for a long time, that we would have a life together… Why did you give up on us? You were the one who wanted it like this, you were the one who ended it first and it’s hurting a lot, and you were my only happiness, the reason I’m alive, and you ended it…

I just want you to know that I love you so much, and I’m not giving up on you that easy. I still have hope, but it’s running out, my strength is running out, and the hope of having you back is also leaving but I’ll try until my strength is completely gone, because I love you and I won’t give up on you.
