I could have written a trilogy on this topic, but I’d better keep it short and to the point. Why some men walk away is a great question. Why do they do this?

I was dropped off at the airport after 10 hours of travel to visit a guy. He just disappeared without leaving any traces or news.

Why do some men walk away? – The truth you need to hear!

Sorry if you’re a guy and you’re reading this, but it’s true. I mean, I shouldn’t lump all men under one category because some men have different reasons for pulling away, but that’s the only rationalization that makes sense to me. Either that or I’m crazy. And before we go any further I’d like to say I’m fine, oh yes, I’m fine!

After a lot of research, I found out why men walk away:

1- You are a risk to his emotional

If he chooses to be with you, who knows what will happen? I know, it won’t happen much, but for men, it’s a big problem. Some men just don’t stay with the woman who’s perfect for him, because he’s afraid of losing her down the road.

2- He is feeling pressured

Men can’t handle pressure. Any pressure and they haunt. It is true! If you’re at the beginning of a relationship and you want to let him meet your family, stop! This will only make him walk away from you.

Take it easy! Men need extra time. So, stop pushing him and let him process on his own.

3- He is stressed

Men easily get stressed about college or work. Unlike women, they cannot deal with different problems at once. Man’s brain was not created for this. When something bothers them, it takes over their minds.

So when he’s stressed, step away and let him solve his problems on his own.

4- There is no stalking

Men love to be stalked and also love to stalk their partners (in a healthy sense of course). It’s all a game. Now, if the two of you are together, the chase is over – he’s won.

5- He’s Not Sure If You’re His Better Half

Why do men walk away? Well, here’s another very frequent reason: He’s not sure if he likes you, he even thinks you’re amazing, but he’s not sure if you’re the love of his life. I know, this is stupid but it is what it is.

6- You are not a priority

You’re not someone he wants something more serious about. Sure, he likes hanging out with you and having fun, but that, in his opinion, shouldn’t become intense. If he’s never treated you as a priority or even worse, he’s been treating you as an option for a while now, you need to cut that out ASAP.

7- He wants to break up with you

I experienced this. I was dating a guy for 2 years and all of a sudden he stopped kissing me. He just suddenly stopped lusting after me. These are clear signs that men leave when they want to end a relationship.

Then two weeks later he told me he wanted to break up with me. He was obviously pulling away and I thought it was another girl – which it was. So it could be a combination of reasons.

8- He is interested in another girl

This is a very common reason why men walk away. When this happens, other signs appear along with it, such as: He stops caring about you, he stops caring for you, etc.

9- He doesn’t feel wanted, but needed

Men want to feel desire and desire, right? It’s the same as women, they need to feel wanted by us. Now, when someone stops feeling wanted and starts feeling needed, it’s different.

Feeling needed adds responsibility to a situation they may not be prepared for.

10- You are on different pages

Maybe he doesn’t see her as someone he can have a serious relationship with and build a family with in the future. He’s not ready to commit. If this is the case, he will defuse the situation by stepping back.
