Living in a relationship is one of the most memorable experiences we can have in our lives. However, there are always those days when we are not in the best of days and we end up stressing out about some things and this leads us to lose our reason if for some reason this leads to an argument.

That’s why we brought you some tips so you don’t lose your mind and always keep control!

1- Take a deep breath

First of all take a deep breath and count to 10 and try not to show how stressed you are.

2- Go shopping

Buying calms down, so before starting an argument with him, go to the mall and do some shopping. If you don’t have that much money to spare, stop by the bakery and have a coffee!

3- Open up to him

Tell him how stressed you are and that saying “calm down” will not improve your mood at all. The best thing to do at this moment is to walk away and wait for calm to arrive.

4- Give partially the reason for him

At certain times, giving up reason is a great stress escape plan. It doesn’t matter if he’s going to get the “reason”, the best thing is for you to be good with yourself. Later on, when you’re calmer, you get to him and talk about it and put the “dots in the i’s”.

5- Relax!

It can be with a bath, a glass of wine or just a good series on Netflix. Remember that many of your problems are easier to solve when your head is cool! 🙂
