I must be good, humble, accommodating; because I think I’m worthless and I don’t deserve anything; because I consider it my duty although I will never be able to measure up.

This is when we must realize how we really are.. People with very low self-esteem, full of insecurities, frustrations, fears, guilt…

If it is very difficult for you to value yourself, accept yourself and recognize that you are capable of achieving and achieving everything that others have already achieved and achieved, you are probably becoming your own enemy.
