Reflux is the regurgitation of the food content that is in the stomach, associated with the gastric juice produced for the digestion of food.

The main symptom of this is heartburn, burning, regurgitation, especially at night, when lying down and this ends up causing tooth enamel wear and thrush, which are wounds in the mouth mucosa.
So, if you sleep on a full stomach, it worsens the symptoms and the oral lesions.
If you have problems such as a hiatal hernia, which is one of the causes of gastroesophageal reflux disease, you may also have canker sores, bad breath, hoarseness and others.
