Learn to give your absence to those who do not value your presence

Sometimes we waste time insisting on seeing someone who does nothing to see us. and in forcing situations that we believe are necessary. We tend to make the mistake of searching without allowing ourselves to be found, which in the end results in mistreatment of our dignity.

Surround yourself with all those people who make you feel that the world is a worthwhile place. and that your shell is only with you to protect you on rainy days. Reject in your life all those who make you feel belittled and who do not dedicate a moment to you without you having to beg for it.

Free yourself from everything that imprisons you and allow life to surprise you without needing to harm you. Don’t expect anything from anyone, expect everything from yourself. The rest will arrive when you least expect it.
