The power of bleach

Bleach is one of the most efficient products to clean the house. In addition to eliminating bacteria, it has bleaching action and eliminates unpleasant odors.

However, it is a toxic product, as it contains a substance called caustic soda, which is highly corrosive.

Therefore, bleach becomes dangerous if used in excess and without the necessary care.

To take advantage of the benefits of this product in cleaning
🇧🇷 In toilet bowls, drains, floors and tiles: to remove stains and encrustations, use the measure of an American glass of pure bleach. Let it act and rinse after 10 minutes.

🇧🇷 In the yard: use the measure of an American cup for every 10 liters of water.

🇧🇷 In sinks: fill the sink with water and add ½ measure of an American cup for every 5 liters of water. An hour later, rinse.

🇧🇷 In fruits and vegetables: dilute 1 spoon (soup) in 1 liter of filtered water. Wash the food and soak it in the solution for 10 minutes. Afterwards, rinse with filtered water.

🇧🇷 Store bleach in a well-ventilated, high, and preferably locked-up place, away from children and animals.

🇧🇷 Keep the product in the original bottle and protect it from light and heat. Otherwise, it may lose effectiveness.

🇧🇷 Do not reuse the bleach container. When the product runs out, rinse the packaging and place it in a plastic recycling location or in the trash can.

🇧🇷 Wear gloves. Bleach can cause redness, allergy and burns. If you experience any of these symptoms, see a dermatologist.

🇧🇷 In case of contact with eyes, rinse with running water for 15 minutes. If you feel blurred vision, look for an ophthalmologist.

🇧🇷 In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting. Take liquid gelatin or egg white and see a doctor.

🇧🇷 Do not mix with other products, especially those made with ammonia. This could cause an explosion or burns.

🇧🇷 Every two months you need to clean the inside of the washer. Put ½ liter of bleach in the machine and select the complete program. On the outside, use a damp cloth with water.

🇧🇷 Bleach stains colored clothes. Mix 1 tablespoon bleach with ¼ cup water. Put a drop of this solution on a hidden part of the fabric (hem or cuff). Dry with a paper towel. If it doesn’t stain, you can wash the fabric with bleach. If not, use non-chlorine bleach, which removes stains without fading. It does not need to be diluted with water and can be applied directly to stains.
