The most important person in my life

When you meet someone and that someone makes your heart stop beating for a few seconds, pay attention: they could be the most important person in your life. If eyes meet and, at that moment, there is the same intense glow between them, be alert: it could be the person you’ve been waiting for since the day you were born.

If the touch of the lips is intense, if the kiss is passionate, and the eyes fill with water at that moment, realize: there is something magical between you. If the first and last thought of your day is that person, if the desire to be together comes to grip your heart, give thanks: God has sent you a divine gift – love.

If one day you have to ask each other for forgiveness for some reason and in return you receive a hug, a smile, a caress in the hair and the gestures are worth a thousand words, surrender: you were made for each other. If for some reason you are sad, if life has tripped you and the other person suffers your suffering, cry your tears and wipe them tenderly, what a wonderful thing: you will be able to count on them at any moment of your life.

If you can, in your mind, smell the person as if they were there next to you. If you think the person is wonderfully beautiful, even if they are wearing old pajamas, flip-flops and tangled hair. If you can’t work properly all day, look forward to the date that’s scheduled for the night. If you can’t possibly imagine a future without the person by your side. If you are sure that you will see the other one grow old and, even so, you have the conviction that you will continue to be crazy about her. If you prefer to die, before seeing the other one leaving: it’s the love that arrived in your life. It’s a gift!

Many people fall in love many times in their lives, but few love or find true love. Or sometimes they find and, by not paying attention to these signs, they let love pass, without letting it truly happen. It’s free will.

So pay attention to the signs, don’t let everyday craziness blind you to the best thing in life: love!
