The finitude of life –

That’s the only certainty we have, but even so we suffer so much when talking and thinking about death. We suffer when we think about losing loved ones and also when we think about our own end. But have you ever wondered how you’ve been living your life so you can die in peace?

Living is a privilege, after all, every day we die a little bit and every day we wake up we have a new chance to live! Life is time, it’s in the seconds, it’s in the details.

Only those who are alive die, so how are you facing your life and its end?

I believe that just thinking about this subject some people may be feeling a little uncomfortable, but I’ll tell you one thing, I’ve already suffered a lot when thinking about endings, I’ve already felt anticipatory grief, I’ve already made my fear of losing push me further away of the people I love, but now I want to change the way I deal with it so I can live more lightly, enjoy life even more and I invite you to reflect on it.

Enjoy the beauty of life, enjoy the joy, happiness and smiles, also welcome the pain, tears and sadness, because they are also part of an expected routine. Understand that there is no life to lose and that it is not necessary to be afraid of living or dying!

The end will come, but living waiting for it or being anguished thinking about when it will happen will not help to live well! If we look at life and the end as a great opportunity, we will wake up grateful every day for a new chance.
