Cauliflower and carrot salad –

Ingredients

1 cup. (tea) chopped cauliflower 1/2 carrot, cut into cubes Salt and black pepper (or minced girl’s finger) to taste 1 col. (dessert) extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup. (tea) skinless and seedless tomato, minced 1 col. (soup) chopped parsley 1 col. (soup) chopped onion Lettuce at ease


Way of doing

Steam the cauliflower and carrot and, while still hot, season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Add the other ingredients and serve immediately.

Yield: 1 portion
