“The Book of Lilith”: Robert G. Brown.

The Book of Lilith is a banned book by the American researcher and writer Robert G. Brown, published in 2007.

The book of Lilith by Robert G. Brown tells the story of Lilith, the mother of vampires, but also the first woman created by God and of course the first wife of Adam

According to Robert G. Brown, Lilith’s function was to give a soul and meaning to each created thing, while Adam dedicated himself mainly to creating rules and laws that ordered chaos.

As occurs in Hebrew myths, Lilith rebels against Adam, since she does not wish to maintain a passive position within the relationship, and especially in intimacy. Adam, outraged by this attack against the established order, by which the man must govern the woman even in acts where equality favors enjoyment, cowardly informs God about the rebellious attitude of his partner.

God takes matters into his own hands. He punishes Lilith to a nocturnal eternity. Unable to submit to the male will, her womb, which did not desire motherhood, is condemned to a succession of sterile births that are renewed like the viscera of Prometheus.

To regain the self-esteem of his first offspring, God offers Adam a new companion, the dull Eve; capable of submitting to all her designs without offering any type of resistance; although some maintain that she was also capable of being unfaithful, in this case, with the demon Samael.

From then on, Lilith’s fury becomes a true scourge for humanity, that is, for the children of Adam and Eve. She will be, ultimately, the mother of those nocturnal grotesqueries known as “vampires.”
