That kind of woman who doesn’t need to prove anything to anyone. That’s me!

I’m that woman who doesn’t need to prove anything to anyone anymore. It’s been a while since I got tired of pleasing, of explaining to deaf ears, of moving mountains for those who don’t even respect me. I am everything you see: openness, integrity, courage and dignity.

I’m at that stage of life where for someone to offend me, I need to care about that person. I no longer give explanations to those who have turned their ears and hearts away from me. I am a woman without masks, with a humble soul.

When a woman finally finds herself again, after some complex period of personal development, she will no longer be the same person. She will no longer be that girl with the eyes who drew her love’s initials everywhere. Not the teenager who wanted a boyfriend, to give everything for nothing. Nor the one that confuses being happy with making others happy.

I am everything you see, without mask or artifice. If someone doesn’t like it, what do you do? I don’t live to please others.

When a woman finds herself, she realizes all the useless things she left behind: the artifices, the mental noise, and all those outdated relationships that snatched her wings.

Before we can prove something to someone, we have to prove it to ourselves. Don’t look for approval in others, you don’t need judges.

The eternal need to prove something or seek approval from others is little more than a form of slow torture that never ends. Don’t allow it, be yourself, always, and don’t make sacrifices (for those who don’t deserve it) that could cost your own happiness.
