Thank you for always being here

I know I’m not an easy person to deal with. I have my confused moments, my bouts of annoyance, and sometimes my periods of irritation with everything. I know I drive you crazy, but I also know that I love you more than anything and that I thank you every day for having you with me.

Thank you for buying me chocolate that day when I had a PMS the size of the universe. For holding my hand that time I had to go to the doctor and for going out to buy medicine right away.

Thank you for wiping my tears and stroking my arm when I’m sad and I think it’s all going to go wrong. Thank you for always believing in me, for encouraging me to grow and do more. But thank you also for advising me when it’s time to stop, when I need to give myself and my head some time.

Thanks for trying the exotic foods and letting me know if I like it or not, you already know my tastes better than I do. Thank you for the afternoons of movies and series, for the endless laughter and for the best brigadier in the world.

Thank you for picking me up after work and college. For messages throughout the day just to know if I’m okay, if I’ve already had that piece of cake you bought or if I’ve already started to get annoyed with that colleague of mine at work.

Thank you for the advice, for knowing me so well and for making my days better. Thank you for your my love and also my best friend.

Thank you mainly for not having to ask for any of the things I said above, thank you for taking such good care of me and for doing me so well. Thank you for always being here, my love.
