Unlike other more traditional and ancient dishes, the tapioca dadinho arrived not long ago to contribute and make the menu of June festivities even more delicious.

Made from a mixture of just four ingredients – milk, coalho cheese, tapioca flour and salt -, this snack is easy to make at home and can even be prepared in the airfryer as a healthier alternative to oil, but with the same result. delicious!

Ingredients

Method of preparation

Heat the milk and season with salt. Then, add the tapioca flour and then the coalho cheese, and stir until the mixture comes away from the bottom of the pan. Pour everything into a baking dish or platter, cover with plastic wrap and freeze in the freezer until it hardens.

When it is in a consistent point, cut into squares and take them in the airfryer for 10 minutes, at 200ºC. To accompany, serve with the pepper jelly.
