Performance: 6 servings of 30 grams
INGREDIENTS
6 egg whites
95 grams of peanut flour
60 grams of oat flour
15 grams of cocoa powder
30 grams of cane molasses
METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a bowl, separate the yolks from the whites of the 6 eggs and reserve the yolks for another recipe;
Mix the egg whites with the peanut flour, oat flour, cocoa and sugarcane molasses. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass;
Unite a refractory with coconut oil and pour the dough. Take to preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
