Pumpkin, kale and ginger anti-tummy soup –

Ingredients

1/2 col. (tea) of oil (canola or soy) 1 medium chopped onion 3 cloves of garlic 1 kilo of pumpkin without skin, in cubes 4 cup. (tea) of boiling water Salt and oregano to taste 2 col. (soup) chopped chives 1 col. (tea) grated nutmeg 1 col. (tea) grated ginger 5 chopped cabbage leaves


Way of doing

In a deep pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the pumpkin and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the water, salt, oregano and chives. Cover and let cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Add nutmeg and ginger. Expect to cool down and hit the blender. Go back to the pan, adjust the salt, warm up and add the kale. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes with the pan covered. Serve immediately.

Yield: 3 servings.
