Ingredients
2 large ginger roots, peeled Water (2 X the amount of ginger) Seeds and pulp of 1 small passion fruit
Way of doing
In the blender, beat the ginger and water. Strain through a piece of voile (thin fabric) and reserve the liquid. Place the passion fruit on a smooth surface and loosen the seeds from the pulp a little (so that they are not concentrated in just one part of the ice cream). Join the strained ginger, distribute in an ice tray and freeze. When the ice creams are firm, unmold and store in a bag inside the freezer.
