If you’re from São Paulo and love healthy food, chances are you’ve already heard about Olga Ri.
The brand specializes in healthy food and, since its inception, has become a reference in the delivery segment of healthy dishes, with salads, bowls and soups — always with fresh ingredients.
The news is that the restaurant, which has operated only by delivery since 2016, recently opened a physical address — and we went to check it out.
On site, located at Rua Haddock Lobo, close to Av. Paulista, customers place orders directly at the counter, pay at the cashier and can choose a place to eat in the space that has glass walls, natural light, two floors and even an outdoor area — which is pet friendly, for you to bring your pet.
It is still possible to choose the ingredients and assemble your own salad, soup or bowl, if you prefer this option to one on the menu. A, and tip: if you want to skip the queue, you can place your order through the brand’s app and pick it up directly at the cashier.
The recipes are the same as the traditional menu and maintain the same average price, from R$33.90 to R$62.
WE EXPERIENCE
On our visit to the site, we tried the salad TAGLIATA CAPRESE (R$53.80), which comes with a base of mix of leaves, hot quinoa, sweet tomato, black olive, buffalo mozzarella, basil and bio filet mignon tagliata. As indicated, we opted for the mustard sauce — but you can choose the sauce you want when assembling yours.
The salad is extremely tasty and don’t be fooled by the word “salad”, imagining that it won’t satisfy you. The dish is super well served and leaves me fully satisfied. In fact, I even thought I couldn’t take it but I forced myself to eat until the end because of how delicious the food was.
Another choice was BOWL PORTEÑO, an option with (R$ 53.80) based on arugula, hot quinoa, organic egg, shaved parmesan, sweet tomato, spicy roasted broccoli and bio filet mignon tagliata. It goes well with chimichurri sauce and is an excellent option for those who want to consume a lot of protein without giving up a healthy diet. It is also very approved.
