Nature Day: see 5-minute outdoor functional workout –

Today is celebrated the nature day! And in the face of the situation we live in, it is important to maintain distancing for your safety. But, if you have an outdoor environment in your home or some safe place to exercise, know that airy air not only allows for a cooler workout, but scientific studies prove that the sounds of nature help fight stress in the body. Thinking about that, the personal Márcio Lui listed some exercises to be performed in the natural environment.

This workout lasts only 5 minutes and is ideal to be practiced first thing in the morning, taking advantage of the slightly milder temperature and the energy after a nice breakfast.

5-MINUTE TRAINING BY MÁRCIO LUI

The following circuit burns the entire body and should be done by going straight from one exercise to the next, with no rest in between. Below, you can also check out the training video for you to follow.

45 seconds of skipping (running in place);
15 seconds of isometric squats (stay in the same position);
45 seconds of high skipping (knee above hip);
15 second alternating advance;
45 seconds of jumping jacks;
15 second alternating lunges;
45 seconds of polyshoe;
15 second jump squats;
45 seconds of skipping;
15 second sumo squat
