Model shares photos with bruises and denounces violent ex-boyfriend

Kira used the photos, with strong images, to warn other women about domestic violence. According to her, then-boyfriend Igor Cherkassky beat her in the house where she lives, in Moscow, on June 30 of this year. She was preparing to travel to China, where she was going to work, when she was attacked.

According to Kira, her ex-boyfriend threw a chair at her and beat her. Then he tried to rape her, and broke furniture in the apartment, while shouting curses at her.

Kira says that she became unconscious, and that the neighbors started knocking on the door and called an ambulance, which saved her. She found no support from the police, who made her withdraw the complaints she had made.

After the incident, Kira still stayed with Igor for two months, according to her, “because she feared for her life”. During this period, she lost 10 kg.

After the post she made on Facebook, another victim of the same man had the courage to expose his story. And Kira asks: “do not be indifferent to domestic violence”.
