Measuring your glucose level can help you choose the best carbohydrate –

Your glucose it should be between 90 and 115 mg/dl – if it is higher, try the same food again on another day, but reduce the portion by half.

If it still goes above 115 mg/dl, that food is not good for you – it will get in the way of weight loss, as well as stealing your energy. The ideal, according to Robb, is to take menu until you reach your desired weight.
