Elaboration:

Fill a jar three-quarters full with the chopped rosemary sprigs. Pour in the oil to cover the leaves completely and close the jar. Leave at room temperature, but out of direct sunlight, for 3-4 weeks. Shake the bottle gently every two days so that the active ingredients dissolve better. After the preparation time, strain the oil through a tea or coffee filter and put it in dark glass bottles.
