Maju Coutinho tells how he sees motherhood and why he doesn’t believe that this is a necessity for life

Journalist Maria Júlia Coutinho Portes, better known to the public and fans as Maju Coutinho, told in an interview with GShow that since she was a little girl, she already loved being in fashion and liked to innovate in hairstyles. However, Maju went into detail on the subject when she was interviewed on Rede Globo’s weekly program É de Casa. She clarified, saying: “Suddenly I adopt a child. Suddenly I won’t be a mother like that, but I can be a mother of projects, mother of nephews, mother of my husband’s grandchildren. I think motherhood unfolds in many ways. If motherhood comes in the traditional style, I will be graced, I will be happy”.

In 2022, she was again asked about the subject in an interview, this time in an article by Veja Rio. The journalist confessed that, in a way, this question bothers her a little, and declared to the magazine: “It is a charge of the feminine. I’m not saying that I won’t have children, that I can’t adopt”.
