How much time do we spend complaining about what we don’t have and not being grateful for what we have? Maybe if we added it up, it would be years. We mumble over little things. A pimple on the face on a party day is the reason for a great bad mood. A rain in the middle of the way, a job interview that didn’t work out, the rice that burned, the low grade on the test. But if you stop to think, there are things you can try again, again and again. One hour is right.

If there’s one thing that doesn’t come back, it’s time. If you feel something, show it, speak up. Our life is too short to wait. The only certainty we have in life is that we will leave. And nobody knows when that will happen. Every minute of our life should be valued. Hug, say you love. Apologize, forgive. Cry, smile. Make plans, strive to carry them out. Thank you for waking up. For breakfast next to the ones you love. For the funny conversations with your friends. Give thanks for your life, for the lives of your parents, your friends.

Appreciate the people who love you, who care about you. Those who spare no effort to see you well. Enjoy every minute with them. Neither you nor I know what will happen in five minutes, two days or a year. Don’t wait to lose to appreciate. Don’t wait for tomorrow, maybe it won’t come. The best moment we have is now. We often expect so much from each other that we forget to do our part.
