  • Lunch: fish fillet (fried or grilled) and tomato at will;

  • Breakfast: tea or coffee with sweetener and crackers of water and salt;
  • Lunch: roast chicken;
  • Dinner: two boiled eggs with little salt.

Sunday

  • Breakfast: tea or coffee with sweetener and crackers of water and salt;
  • Lunch: large steak and all-you-can-eat fruit;
  • Dinner: any food from the Japanese diet menu.
