Invest in yourself –

Do you often stop to reflect on your investments? I don’t just mean the financial ones, but the time, the dedication of knowledge… Today I want you to realize how your investment in yourself is doing.

Life is a big rush, we will continue to have only 24 hours a day, but these days are passing by and when we look back we realize that a lot has already gone and that the future begins now! That’s why I want you to begin to realize that investing in yourself is an act of self-love and respect.

It could be that you are used to dropping everything you are doing to help someone else, or that you think that you are the only one who has to deal with the demands of others. And now I ask you, and yourself? Who takes care of you? Who respects you? This all needs to start with us!

“Pri, but I don’t have the time or money for that”, I tell you one thing, everything is a matter of priority! When we decide to be the priority of our lives, we make better choices that will make us happier and that will positively impact others around us, simply because we are doing it for ourselves!

Investing in yourself can be related to many things and I will give you some examples. If you feel like:

to gain more knowledge, you can start by posting a video on Youtube about a topic you like or looking for scientific articles to read
have more money, you can look for new billing options or even investments
lose weight, you can start by taking a walk around the court and being more aware of your diet
be less stressed, you can start by taking mini breaks in your day to breathe deeply
speak better in public, you can practice at home talking about a topic you like and recording yourself to improve over time
be happier, you can understand what makes you happy and reduce the number of complaints throughout the day
If you feel more beautiful, you can start by noticing when you feel better and how you could do it more often. Ex: put on an outfit you like, fix your hair, make up.
having more time, you can learn to organize yourself and make a redistribution of routine that is favorable for your life
to have more self-esteem, you can start by praising yourself and writing down your achievements and remembering them often
travel more, you can find out how much it costs, what you would like to do and where to go, in order to be able to organize and accomplish
be calmer, you can start meditating 5 minutes a day through free apps

Anything is possible, just make it happen! We don’t need to start with the hardest and not even try to change absolutely everything around us, but choose small steps so that every day you feel like you are actually investing in yourself, after all, this is the best investment we can make!
