Ingrid Guimarães shows training alongside Grazi Massafera –

Accompanied by personal trainer Chico Salgado, Ingrid Guimarães and Grazi Massafera decided to train together this Tuesday, September 27th. In Instagram stories, they share moments while exercising.

“This is a motivational video”, wrote Ingrid in a video in which Grazi appears running on the treadmill. In addition, Ingrid also recorded her friend practicing fighting.

RUN ON THE TREADMILL X ON THE STREET

Running is a physical activity that can please many tastes, as it can be practiced on the asphalt, on the treadmill, in a gym, alone, in pairs, with music or not. However, there are differences between running outside and running on a treadmill.

When running outdoors, you may burn more calories because of terrain irregularities and air resistance.

Despite this advantage, personal trainer Amanda Biuger suggests that beginners and people who are recovering from an injury prefer the treadmill, as “the treadmill minimizes the intensity of the effort due to the increase in the impulse generated by it and not only that, it helps the individual in motor coordination and conditioning. Due to the work of the device, the impact is smaller compared to running, the chance of injury or accidents are smaller too”.
