‘Immunity Shots’: Check out three recipes to strengthen your health –

Cinnamon: strengthens the immune system by containing camphor, eugenol and cinnamaldehyde, bioactive compounds with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Cinnamon is a spice with immunomodulatory action, helping to strengthen and improve the functions of the immune system against infections such as colds and flu.
